DOA policy

If you receive a product DOA (Dead On Arrival) please call 510-252-5700 immediately to report the problem. We will issue a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number that must be included in the return packaging. All products must be returned, freight prepaid, insured, in original packaging with a copy of the RMA form. Once the original product is received, we will inspect and test to determine if the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement. If the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement, we will ship a replacement unit with a new invoice, freight prepaid, to you. At the discretion of Momentum Microsystems, Inc (and providing the product is in stock) we may advance ship a unit to the customer, but a credit card number will be required to insure the original product's prompt return. Any product not returned in original condition with original packaging, manuals and accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of purchase price. If you are a C.O.D customer, we will ship the replacement unit when the DOA product is received.
